Boca was founded with a clear mission
To reinvent the rotisserie chicken experience with bold, citrus-marinated flavor, healthier ingredients, and a more sustainable way of cooking. What started as two friends with decades of grilling experience became a commitment to quality, innovation, and purpose.
By slow-roasting our chicken to perfection without using unhealthy oils or butter, we deliver juicy, wholesome meals paired with fresh sides, sandwiches, and breakfast options. One of our founders started as a delivery boy and, over time, became a proud owner-operator—bringing his experience, passion and dedication to every part of the project.
